She ensures that all channels are kept up to date with the latest properties on the market while creating engaging and relevant content. She also keeps up with current social media and marketing trends, adapting the agency’s communication to connect with its online audience and strengthen its digital presence.

Responsible for managing condominium properties and coordinating relationships between condominium associations, property managers and our internal property management teams.

Acts as the key point of contact between the condominium managers (syndics) and our property management department, ensuring effective communication, coordination and follow-up of building-related matters and ongoing issues.

She oversees the 400-plus management properties under the agency’s wing. Her role includes assisting the owners and tenants with any technical issues at the properties.

She is the link between our trusted building companies and our clients. Romane ensures that all processes run smoothly and all requests are handled efficiently.

Responsible for the general accounting and financial management of the real estate agency, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, expense monitoring, invoicing, payments and financial reporting.

Ensures accurate and timely accounting records, monitors the agency’s financial transactions and supports management in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.

The Compliance Officer ensures that the company complies with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal requirements. They identify and mitigate compliance risks, particularly in relation to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT), Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, international sanctions and data protection.

Responsible for the accounting management of property portfolios and condominium properties, including bookkeeping, invoicing, payment monitoring, reconciliation of accounts, financial reporting and follow-up of owner and condominium accounts.

She also handles regular communication with property owners, tenants, suppliers and service providers, ensuring efficient administrative and financial follow-up.

Known for her excellent interpersonal and communication skills, she has a very good relationship with clients and is appreciated for her professionalism, responsiveness and ability to build strong, trusting relationships.

Client relations, property viewings and rentals, with a focus on providing clients with support throughout the rental process and assisting brokers with their daily activities.

Marco Di Giovanni is known for his encyclopedic knowledge of Monaco real estate, gained from 17 years of experience at Coletti Real Estate. His superb sales track record has established him as a top agent in commercial real estate.

He is well known for his friendly approach, enabling him to connect with clients personally. Marco welcomes clients warmly, whether he has known the client for 10 years or just a few days.

Before joining Coletti Real Estate, Marco worked for the Société des Bains de Mer for 15 years. In this position, he perfected his client relationship skills and created an extensive network of contacts throughout the principality.

Responsible for the administrative management of a real estate agency, including the preparation and follow-up of leases, contracts, property files, client and tenant relations, document management and coordination with owners, tenants, suppliers and external partners.

She also provides direct executive support to the Managing Director, assisting with day-to-day management, correspondence, organisation, follow-up of key matters and coordination of administrative and operational activities.
