With over 40 years of experience, Jean-Louis provides effective solutions to real estate challenges and issues. While founding Coletti, he was also an offshore boat racing pilot for seven years.Today, he manages the agency and the 400 properties that have been entrusted to the Coletti Property Management team. Before joining the family business, Stefano Coletti was a multi-category professional driver, climbing his way up to Formula 2 World Championship and IndyCar in the US. Technical Manager
Valérie has been the head of the technical department since 2019. She oversees the 400-plus management properties under the agency’s wing. Her role includes assisting the owners and tenants with any technical issues at the properties.She is the link between our trusted building companies and our clients. Valérie ensures that all processes run smoothly and all requests are handled efficiently.Before joining Coletti, Valérie worked for various national building rehabilitation programs. Sandra Cuadrat
Administration
Sandra joined Coletti Real Estate in 2021 after two years of building her skills in the building syndicate. She has worked as an administrative and executive assistant in the real estate industry in Monaco for more than 19 years. Her role is to welcome clients at the agency, guide them to the right person, and manage the administrative tasks, including assisting our clients with anything they may require. Her extensive knowledge of Monaco’s real estate market enables her to handle our clients’ needs efficiently. Before working in the real estate industry, she worked in marketing and advertising in Paris.
Coralie Rospert
Administration
Coralie is our executive assistant. She joined the agency in 2017 after gaining experience in the French real estate market. Her primary mission is to assist the directors with daily administrative and organisational tasks. She also manages human resources and assists with rental management. Furthermore, Coralie is our head of real estate planning, assisting local and international clients in creating and managing their real estate-related companies.
Romane Midière
Accountant
Romane joined the agency in 2019 following graduating with a degree in accounting. She is in charge of the accounting department and manages the accounts for the agency, the properties under management and the buildings’ syndicates. Her mission is to collect the rent payments for more than 400 apartments and organise the payouts to property owners. She also manages transactions related to the buildings under our management.
Marine Goisset
Accountant
Marine joined the agency in 2021 after gaining her degree in accounting.She has always been passionate about numbers, managing the accounts for the buildings’ syndicates and transaction payments.Marine and Romane work closely to ensure that all payment transactions are made in a correct and timely manner.
