Larvotto
Larvotto is the place to see and be seen. This Monaco neighbourhood has a hint of Miami and Dubai combined: sun, the beach, the exotic cars and its large character-filled buildings.
It is home to the Portier Cove area, where the trendiest restaurants line up the street and Avenue Princesse Grace, often referred to as the most expensive street in the world. Following a beautiful renovation project that started in 2020, the new beach area opened in the summer of 2021 and has become one of the hottest venues in the Principality. Locals love to settle down at one of the seafront restaurants and to listen to Jazz music at sunset. It also happens to be a long-time favourite for the early risers to exercise on the esplanade or take part in a beach yoga class on the beach.
Mareterra, an innovative and transformational project in the area will be completed in 2024, which surely cements Larvotto as one of the most desirable Monaco districts.
